makelifefair.store LLC operates ShopAgent. Because ShopAgent delivers digital content instantly upon generation, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on workflow packs that have already been generated and delivered.
If you experience a technical issue that prevented delivery of your pack, contact us at monterio@makelifefair.store within 48 hours and we will regenerate your pack at no charge.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
